D&T: Can I make a prototype?

The children in our D&T learning having been investigating how mechanisms can aid the movement of heavy items, such as lifting stones to build the pyramids in Egypt. The children explored in partnerships how to make an inclined plane. They explored different ways to strengthen the structure.
