Key Information

 **Please wear your PE kit to school on a Mondays and Thursdays starting from Term 4** 

 *It is cooler and wetter so please ensure your child has a coat everyday, as well as a hat, scarf and gloves!*

Please bring Reading Records to school every day as we may read with your child during the day. 

Our normal school day will be 8.35am - 3.15pm

Please continue to practice putting on hats, gloves, coats, shoes, jumpers, zips and buttons at home.

Please name all jumpers, hats, gloves, scarves, coats, shoes, packed lunch bags/boxes

**HOME LEARNING**

Spelling home learning sheets will be handed out on a Monday and need to be handed back on Friday. Please ensure that you listen to your child read 5 times a week and that you are supporting them to login into Times Tables Rockstars and Ed Shed daily. Some children will also be bringing home a handwriting pack, this needs to be completed daily. We will be monitoring this in class. If you require further support with any of the new home learning arrangements, please find someone in Dolphin team.

Bright Lights Big City

In the Bright Lights, Big City project, your child will learn the story of a local landmark. We will start off with a visit to a local landmark in the village. They will learn about the countries that make up the United Kingdom, including their location, capital cities and some of their physical and human features. They will have the opportunity to do map work, using compasses and positional and directional language to plan routes around London.
